Important Update about the Business Catalyst End of Life

Adobe is extending the End of Life timeline from 2 years to 3 years, with the end of life now scheduled for March 26th, 2021. In an effort to provide sufficient time to move clients to a different platform.

The original notification was sent to all of my clients within 24 hs of the initial Adobe announcement...

"Adobe will stop hosting existing sites on Business Catalyst on March 26th, 2020. Adobe encourages customers to download their data and migrate to other systems well before March 26th, 2020. Customers' data will be retained by Adobe until March 26th, 2020, after which date the data will be deleted." 

Agencies such as ours did NOT receive advanced notice! However, we (Adobe Business Partners) collectively and diligently researched the best options for our clients in an effort to rapidly responded client needs. From our perspective, even though we were given additional time to migrate customer sites, we feel there is an urgency for any new projects to begin on one of our new platforms without EOL limitations.
